Privacy policy
This notice explains how Moustapha Naouchi’s portfolio and private Agency Lead Engine workspace handle information. Moustapha goes by Steve. This is a practical transparency notice, not legal advice.
Information you send
The appointment request form sends your name, email address, requested date/time, time zone, selected service, and optional note to this website and saves them in the private PostgreSQL workspace. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in the note. The administrator uses the email address to follow up manually.
Booking and payments
A submitted time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The administrator reviews requests and confirms, cancels, or deletes them in the private dashboard calendar. An optional external booking link is operated by its provider and is not synchronized with this dashboard. This site does not collect card numbers or process payments.
Lead research workspace
The private admin workspace may store business information gathered from public business listings and profiles, such as business name, public profile or website, category, location, public contact details, and follower count. It also stores lead statuses and AI-assisted research notes. For newly discovered leads only, profiles scoring at least 5 completeness points may receive AI review (up to 20 profiles per scan). The engine may assign QUALIFIED at 75%+ confidence or UNQUALIFIED at 90%+ confidence only when the analysis has at least two evidence points and the source profile has at least two independent signals. Uncertain leads remain pending; CONTACTED is never assigned automatically, no prospect messages are sent, and existing statuses are not overwritten. Only manually decided statuses are used as future decision examples.
AI and messaging providers
When an administrator requests an AI analysis, a limited business profile (name, public bio, website URL, location, category, and follower count) is sent to the AI provider configured for the workspace. Contact details are not included in that analysis prompt. The analysis may also include up to five anonymized examples derived from other businesses’ categories, broad market match, follower range, website presence, and manually selected QUALIFIED/UNQUALIFIED status. Visitors may optionally use the AI project chat; chat messages are sent to the configured AI provider and are not stored by this website. If a visitor reviews a project brief and explicitly agrees to share it, that brief is sent to the owner’s private Telegram inbox for follow-up. Hashed rate-limit identifiers expire after 24 hours and are removed by an hourly cleanup job. AI-generated website articles may be published automatically and are labeled as AI-assisted. If Telegram assistant commands are enabled, Telegram processes the commands and receives responses; Telegram update IDs are retained in the database to prevent duplicate processing. Social drafts requested through Telegram are stored in the private database review queue until reviewed or deleted and are never posted automatically. Each provider processes data under its own terms.
Admin assistant and campaign planner
The administrator-only assistant sends the current prompt and recent in-page conversation to the configured AI provider; team mode also sends the task and preceding specialist handoffs, using one provider call per selected agent (two or three). This website does not save chat or team transcripts. After its database migration is applied, successful runs save metadata only (mode, agent count, provider-call count, and timestamp), retained for 90 days or until the administrator clears it; prompts, replies, and transcripts are excluded. Telegram /ask sends the question and reply through the configured AI provider and Telegram. Custom agent names and focus descriptions are saved until the administrator deletes them. Campaign schedules, generated scripts/captions, and owner-entered performance ratings are stored in the private database until the campaign is deleted. The planner does not read private Instagram messages or analytics and does not publish posts automatically.
Optional browser voice controls
If the administrator presses Dictate and grants microphone permission, the browser speech-recognition service may process the audio to produce a transcript. The administrator can review or discard the transcript before sending it to an AI provider. This site does not record or store audio. Browser speech synthesis reads a response aloud when explicitly requested. This is not voiceprint authentication or voice cloning.
Optional AI image generation
An administrator may choose to send an image prompt and an optional JPEG, PNG, or WebP reference photo (up to 4 MB) to Google Gemini for image generation. The dashboard asks for consent before sending. The site does not save the selected photo or generated image in its database; they remain in browser memory until the page is refreshed or closed, and an image can be downloaded to the administrator’s device. Generation is limited to three requests per hour per admin session. Google processes submitted prompts and images under its own terms and retention practices; review Google’s terms before using this feature.
Hosting, database, and cookies
The site is hosted using the configured deployment provider and stores workspace records in the configured PostgreSQL service. Those providers may process technical logs for security and operation under their own retention terms. The public portfolio does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. The private admin area uses an HTTP-only authentication cookie to keep an administrator signed in.
Retention, security, and your choices
Appointment request details remain in the private workspace until the administrator deletes them. Hashed anti-abuse identifiers are retained for up to 24 hours. Lead records remain until deleted; published articles remain public until removed. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You can request access, correction, or deletion at [email protected].
